Pheonix is a virtual artist project developed under creative direction by Rabiah Masters-Toyer.

The Pheonix project brings together original storytelling, music, human performance and creative technology. Generative artificial intelligence and other digital tools may be used in selected aspects of the project, including music production, vocal or instrumental elements, imagery, animation, video environments and post-production.

The creative concept, message, artistic direction and final selection of published material are developed and overseen by human creators. All AI-assisted material is reviewed, edited and approved before publication.

The visual representation of Pheonix is a fictional, digitally created artist identity. In selected video productions, Pheonix may be visually embodied through authorized human performance combined with digital editing, generated environments or other visual effects. Where Rabiah performs as the visual embodiment of Pheonix, that role does not necessarily mean that Rabiah performed every vocal or instrumental element in the distributed audio recording.

Release-specific credits and production information are provided on the relevant Music or Video page wherever practical. The project does not intend to imitate, impersonate or misrepresent an unauthorized real performer.

All music, imagery, video, branding and written material remain subject to the applicable copyrights, licenses and permissions. Content from this website may not be copied, altered, redistributed, used to train AI systems or presented as another artist’s work without written permission.
