The message of “Rise Again” is the ‘heartbeat’ of the Winning Mindset, an initiative, created by Rabiah Masters-Toyer, built around Power, Purpose and Possibility. Power begins with the ability to choose. Purpose gives meaning to the next step. Possibility appears when a difficult chapter is no longer mistaken for the end of the story.
